In a dispute of any nature – civil, commercial or corporate – the best and most correct solution to get out of it for the parties involved is to start a mediation procedure. In fact, a fair and shared solution can be reached without having to resort to costly judicial procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)<\/span><\/a> is a solid conciliation procedure with excellent results, which resolves issues between companies or between companies and consumers, or even between workers and companies. The mediation procedure is governed by law in order to ensure a clear and streamlined path.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

HOW TO SUBMIT A MEDIATION APPLICATION?<\/b><\/h3>\n

The first step in starting the conciliation procedure is the filing of a mediation request. The mediation application must be submitted to an accredited mediation body – a public or private entity registered in the appropriate register – located in the place of the Judge territorially competent for the dispute.<\/span><\/p>\n
